Returns and Refunds Conditions:

GCS does not provide warranties on equipment. GCS resells manufacturer’s warranties.

• All returns require a valid RMA number. Contact GCS at 512-249-6080x1 to obtain an RMA number.
• GCS will accept returns for refund or exchange within 21 days of the purchase of the product.
• All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective.
• Any shipping charges required to return the product will be prepaid by the client.
• Software can only be exchanged for the same title.
• All Labor and shipping charges are not refundable.
• All returns must be in new condition, with the original box, packaging and UPC code.
• Refunds will be processed by check from our office within 10 business days.
• ALL DATA should be removed from the device you are returning.
• GCS is not responsible for any damages related to any loss, mishandling, or disclosure of personal data left on returned/exchanged item.

Pricing and Availability: Pricing and availability listed on the site is subject to change. GCS may not be able to fulfill all orders placed on the website.
